📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, etc.), processing times may be slightly delayed — but we’ll always keep you updated.

Delivery Experience

To ensure the pristine condition and hygiene of our garments, all MYSHA orders are delivered in sealed, tamper-evident packaging.

  • No Open-Box Delivery: Our couriers are instructed to deliver the package directly to you without on-site inspection. This allows you to try your selections in the comfort and privacy of your own home.

Our Guarantee: Because we no longer require a doorstep decision, we provide a 14-day window for you to evaluate your purchase. If the fit or style is not to your absolute satisfaction, simply contact us to coordinate a seamless collection (for more details see or Exchange & Returns policy.

We currently ship to select countries outside Egypt. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on the destination and are calculated at checkout.

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please check your local regulations before ordering.

🧾 Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your shipment directly using the link provided.

🛑 Shipping Delays or Issues

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Customs delays (for international orders)

📬 Wrong Address or Missed Delivery?

Please double-check your shipping info at checkout. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or if delivery is missed, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
