Customer Care: Exchange & Return Policy

At Wasf, we strive for perfection in every silhouette. If your purchase is not to your absolute satisfaction, we invite you to follow our refined process for exchanges or returns.

General Conditions To be eligible for an exchange or return, garments must be in their original, perfect condition: unworn, unwashed, and returned with all Wasf tags and original packaging intact. Please ensure all original accessories and detachable elements (such as belts or collars) are included in the package. Requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

A. Domestic Orders (within Egypt) – Exchange & Return

I. The Exchange Process We are dedicated to helping you find the perfect fit.

  • Process: Please initiate your request via our Exchange & Return Form.
  • Shipping: To ensure your satisfaction, your first exchange per order is complimentary (free shipping). Subsequent exchanges for the same order will incur a standard logistics fee of 150 EGP.
  • Price Adjustments: If the new item is of higher value, the difference will be collected upon delivery. If the new item is of lower value the difference will be issued as Wasf Store Credit or a refund to your original payment method.

II. The Return Process If you wish to return your garment for a full refund:

  • Process: Please initiate your request via our Exchange & Return Form.
  • Refunds: Upon successful quality inspection at our studio, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Fees: A flat return handling fee of 150 EGP will be deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

III. Damaged or Incorrect Items In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect garment, please notify us via the Exchange & Return Form within 48 hours. In these cases, all exchange shipping and return fees (150 EGP) are fully waived.

B. International Exchanges & Returns

Due to the complexities of international logistics:

  • Shipping & Duties: All shipping fees, customs duties, and local taxes for international returns or exchanges are the sole responsibility of the customer. These costs are non-refundable.
  • The Process: To initiate a request, please Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Our team will provide the necessary documentation and the return shipping address for our Egypt atelier.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping of the original garment and the shipping costs of the new selection. 
  • Conditions: Items must be shipped back promptly in perfect, original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all tags/accessories). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service as Wasf are not responsible for items lost in transit before reaching our studio.

  • Refunds: Once the garment is received and passes inspection, we will refund the item’s value to your original payment method. Original international shipping costs are non-refundable.
